Since 1993, Global Investigative Services, Inc. (Global), an Accredited NAPBS background screening company, has been serving and assisting American businesses, agencies and institutions, both here and abroad, in securing qualified employees with its complete array of investigative screening services.

Founded in 2003 as a non-profit trade association, NAPBS® serves to represent the interest of companies offering employment and background screening. NAPBS® offers an opportunity for qualified companies to participate in shaping the body of knowledge and regulations impacting our futures.
 
ConcernedCRAs is a group of like-minded CRAs (consumer reporting agencies) who are concerned about the future of the employment background screening industry. We believe that certain data practices employed by some CRAs place our profession and consumers at risk and have come together to raise awareness in the background screening industry, the human resources field, and with the public of important issues.
Maryland Investigators and Security Association (MISA) members are either professional security, private investigators or related companies. Integrity, honor and assurance are the true hallmarks of their business conduct.
